I think KC:D delivers on all of those fronts, but I wouldn't recommend it in your case because you don't sound committed enough to it. If you're deciding between Fallout 4 or Skyrim, the main difference is basically just the setting, post-apocalyptic vs fantasy, I find most everything else very similar, though most people prefer Skyrim. The rpg elements are light, but that might just be better for you tbh. Graphics are outdated, but if you're on PC there are mods.įallout 4 has similar pros and cons to Skyrim (same developer too), it's not the best Fallout game but is easier to get into than most of the others imo. I think its a good option if you are trying out the genre. Skyrim has weak combat and a little old, but the game is very easy to get into and generally keeps you hooked, it is pretty much the only RPG that many of my friends have played but they all enjoyed it. Witcher 3 doesn't really have a special edition but the dlc's are masterpieces on their own too so I recommend the GOTY edition if possible. Great combat, characters, character progression, world. Witcher 3 is the best one, pretty much a masterpiece in every way.
